*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

Here's a quiet hideaway. Book the apartment, and reserve a fine meal at a nearby restaurant, and walk to the nearby park. For the price of a hotel room, you get living and sunrooms, a complete kitchen with parking, washing, ironing, and excellent internet access. You are close to concerts, parks, museums, stadiums, AGH, and fine restaurants. This apartment is a great center to explore downtown and the Northside of Pittsburgh. You and your pet will like the large park, only a 1/2 block away.

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Seneca Place: A historic home in Mount Lebanon.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

This , 3 BEDROOM 1955 ranch offers a spacious Living room, kitchen and eating area, two full baths, one on lower level, and THREE bedrooms( 1 king bed, 1 queen bed,2 twin beds, patio and fenced yard for dogs, huge game room on lower level, two off street parking spaces and easy access to local off leash park. the house is Dog Friendly(no cats) for an additional fee of $50. Perfect location for sports events, tourism and family visits.

We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike. This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Relax at Yellow Mellow

Relax at Yellow Mellow, a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Pittsburgh (18 miles), Cranberry (12 miles), Sewickley (5 miles) and I-79. This older home has charm and character. Three bedrooms and two baths provide space to spread out. Dining room with seating allows for family meals with fully equipped kitchen. Rest and recharge from the porch swing, or relax in the fenced in yard with fire pit and covered patio.
