The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

Come step back into time with all of the modern amenities! This cottage is newly renovated and has been taken back to its 1940’s roots. This 2 bed 2 bath sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking! The cottage is 12 minutes from Holden Beach and 12 minutes from Brunswick Medical center. The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
