Perfect for two, the beach, local shops and cafes are only 5 mins walk away. Enjoy relaxing on the private deck listening to native birdlife or taking in sea views. Less than 10 mins drive from amazing bushwalks, Ghost Rock Winery, Spirit of Tasmania Terminal and Devonport Airport. Our newly renovated space awaits you at the rear of our property. Just 10 mins from Launceston CBD, opposite Tamar Island Wetlands, this cozy escape is surrounded by native bush, beautiful garden and wildlife, boasting an outdoor spa with a fire pit and cedar sauna—set against breathtaking views. Inside features bespoke handcrafted furnishings and decors, with a focus on solid native timber that exudes warmth and character. Jaclyn studio is a labour of love, filled with natural textures & quality amenities for your relaxation, recreation, and revitalization.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Within flat walking distance to great coffee shop, takeaways, supermarket, chemist, post office, bowls club, golf course, bottle shop and newsagents. 15 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania 10 minutes to Devonport Airport.

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Madden Cottage

Private, self contained studio in a quiet but central part of Devonport. Facing north with a sliding door opening onto a private outdoor seating area. Also allowing the sun to warm the polished concrete floors of the studio . A comfy queen bed will provide guests with a good nights sleep. Ideal position for the city with great cafes, supermarkets and Hill Street IGA nearby. Just a short walk away to the Mersey River with its shared bike and walking path.
