Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.
