The Hay Loft

The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, no freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and indoor gas fireplace. Outdoor firepit.

The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

Nestled in the wooded hillsides of the GW National Forest, The Hideaway provides a retreat from the stresses of urban life and is the perfect base to enjoy all the Lost River area has to offer - hiking and fishing, cycling, and more. And blazing fast internet let's you work from here if you need. Completely refreshed in 2019, this cozy cabin offers a large queen bedroom and an open living/dining area, updated kitchen, large deck, and screened-in porch for taking in nature's sights and sounds.

The Cottage at B and M Journey Farm

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Cottage at B and M Journey Farm is rustic and cozy and placed on a working farmette. Enjoy evening walks through pollinator spaces and the vineyard. Rise with the sunrise over New Market Gap and settle in at the fire pit overlooking the vineyard. In cooler months enjoy the cabin’s gas fireplace (if you wish). Hiking trails are nearby on New Market Mountain or the Shenandoah National Park. Food and wineries may be found within a short drive.

Lost River Hideout

Winter has arrived and we are no strangers to snow. Venture into wild or stay cozy by our fireplace and marvel at nature through the huge living room windows. Beyond the cabin only the vast GW National Forest. Our cabin offers all modern amenities including high speed wifi, central air, and a gourmet kitchen. Keep your eyes open for wildlife. The cabin is a stone throw from lakes and endless trails. Or maybe go skiing? But be warned - you may not wish to leave once you put your feet up!

Finn's Frolic-The place- relax, stay, or explore!

Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

Welcome to Parkview Cottage you will love this Cozy, 1940's home for a quiet fun getaway or quick overnight stay located in small rural town with an easy 1 mile from I-81. Enjoy quiet mornings on the porch watching the sunrise and a few neighbors stroll by out on morning walks and then venture off for the neighboring park, a hike, canoe trip, trip to the caverns or wineries close by. Enjoy the sunset from the sunroom over Edinburg Park. Park under the oversized "2 car" carport.
