Effortless Elegance in the Historic 9th District of Vienna

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Open Space apartment with modern renovation and access to a large terrace. The apartment is made in partnership with a professional design studio. Cozy bedroom with a large king-size bed and orthopedic mattress. A unique feature of this room is a large mirrored wall by the bed. The second room combines a kitchen and a living room. In this ample space, you will have a large sofa, plasma TV + smart TV, a separate dining area, a full kitchen, and a bar counter. The apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. You will have no problems finding a socket near the bed or a lack of light for reading or work. Interspersed with decorative elements, it makes the apartment lively and cozy. An additional advantage is a large, open terrace. The apartment has a thermostat to adjust the room temperature. The level of convenience in these apartments can compete with 4-star hotels. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 people on the pull-out sofa in the living room. There are external cameras on the territory. Be calm.

Während des Aufenthalts bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Willkommen im historischen Kern von Wien! Stephansdom und Staatsoper liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
