Great for hikers and mountain bikers. Apartment is 535 sq feet with separate bath and kitchenette. Apartment was recently remodeled. Located on 1 acre of land in rural quiet neighborhood. It is bright and has plenty of natural light. The entrance is through the garage.

Two friendly dogs will welcome you to this serene and comfortable house. This is one of three fully self-contained rental units under the same roof. Its beautiful views make the walk up a flight of stairs worth the effort. Ideal as a base to explore Silver City or the Gila wilderness. Rooms are colorfully decorated and wildlife is abundant. Hike from the house or relax on the front porch. We welcome guests age 13 and over.

Isaac’s Apartment

This apartment is attached to the back of a main house. It is not a shared place, you get the entire apartment to yourself. It has a private entrance and a private yard. There is a (0.3 mi) 2 minute drive to Western New Mexico University, a (0.9 mi) 4 minute drive to Downtown Silver City, and a (2.8 mi) 8 minute drive to Gila Regional Medical Center. Enjoy a 1 minute walk to check out the Silva Creek Botanical Garden.
