Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

The Nook is a self-contained studio apartment located on the ground floor with our family residence above (separate entrances). You will have all the privacy you need to enjoy the tranquility that Grange over Sands has to offer. Great base from which to explore the Lake District. The Nook has beautiful views of Morecambe Bay. The bedroom /lounge /dining room space has a double bed with separate kitchenette and bathroom. There’s also a patio outside.
