1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Featured on HGTV's House Hunters International. 50 steps to the beach. Incredible sun and moon rises over the water. The cottage has battery backup so you will not be bothered by the numerous island power outages. The neighborhood borders the National Park near Salt River Bay. This is a non-smoking property.

Mid Island Comforts is centrally located on the main vein of the island-The Centerline Road. Transportation is easily accessible with a 20 minute drive to our two towns, Christiansted or Fredericksted. Here we off tranquility, comfort, a sense of “home”, with added attractions in close proximity.

The Boat Shed

The Boat Shed is a little hidden gem located behind Blues BBQ in Christiansted. It is surrounded by palm trees and several types of flowers and foliage. We named it the boat shed because this is where we store our boats. It is a small studio apartment with high ceilings.
