Μόλις 5' από την κεντρική αγορά και το λιμάνι της Σκοπέλου,πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια,καφετέριες και μπαρ,αποτελεί ιδανικό τόπο διαμονής για τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να μετακινηθούν μέσα στην χώρα του νησιού με τα πόδια ή με δίκυκλο!

Fevanti-House in the Center of Skiathos

Το Fevanti είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο το 2025 πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της Σκιάθου, που συνδυάζει τη γοητεία με τη διακριτική πολυτέλεια. Διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια, 2 εισόδους και καλαίσθητους χώρους. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν άνεση, στιλ, τοποθεσία. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 επισκέπτες. Κρυμμένο σε ένα ήσυχο σοκάκι, 50 μέτρα από την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη, 250 μ. από το λιμάνι και λιγα μέτρα απ' όλα τα δημοφιλή σημεία. Στα 20 μ. υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και στάση λεωφορείου στα 400μ.

Χαλαρώστε στη σουίτα μας που βρίσκεται στην πιο αρχαία και παραδοσιακή γειτονιά της Σκοπέλου στη περιοχή του Χριστού!!Εδω θα ακούσετε μόνο τους ήχους των ντόπιων καθώς δεν κυκλοφορούν οχήματα!!Η πρόσβαση γίνετε από τον Μύλο όπου υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος για να παρκάρουμε!!Απο εκεί κατεβαίνουμε πολύ λιγο.Επισης ενας δευτερος δρομο πολύ κοντινος για το κέντρο είναι το πηγαδάκι!!!Ειμαστε ακριβώς στη καρδιά της παλιάς χώρας!! Θα ενθουσιαστείτε με το γεγονος οτι τα σκουπιδια συλλεγονται με αλογο !!

A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

Apartment a bedroom

μόλις 50μ από την παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και 8 μόνο (περίπου) λεπτά (900μέτρα) με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες με ζωντανή μουσική, fast-food, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ καθώς και εκμισθώσεις αυτοκινήτων και μηχανών. 70μ περίπου από το συγκρότημα, υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη στάση 5 μεγάλη άμμος με δρομολόγια προς όλες τις παραλίες της Σκιάθου καθώς και η πρόσβαση τους προς το λιμάνι, καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (ανά 10 λεπτά).

The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise. It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. Α fully equipped studio by the central road from Loutraki to Skopelos Town with beautiful view at the sea. The studio is located at the entrance of Glossa Village. It is 3km far from loutraki port where there is frequent connection with Skiathos and Alonnisos islands, Volos city and Mantoudi (connection with Athens). The bus stop is 150 meters from the house and there is also a parking. Inside Glossa village there are plenty of places to eat, have a coffee and do shopping.

Our apartments accommodating 4 persons comprise of 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including a washing machine for your convenience. Each apartment has a private balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, WI-FI, a safety deposit box and secure private parking. Situated perfectly for ease for exploring our island. Dajon is a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the main hub of Papadiamantis street.

Το The Stone in Skiathos είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι που συνδυάζει αυθεντική ατμόσφαιρα με σύγχρονη άνεση.
