Super clean duplex

One bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You can sleep two in the queen bed and there is an additional fold out queen sofa bed in the living room. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.

The resort requires a valid ID and credit card for check in. There is a $250 refundable deposit required. Please provide the full name you would like to use for the reservation when booking. Nothing at all needs to be done upon check-out! You can leave everything as is (dishes, trash, linens, etc.).
