Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Indulge in Napa's finest restaurants, wine tasting, and nightlife from our beautifully restored and remodeled apartment in our Victorian home, just a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, (*No stove) creating a comfortable space for your stay. For the peace and relaxation of all guests, please note that we do not allow pets or children under 12. You can book with confidence knowing that we have a Use Permit from the City of Napa.

Our newly restored 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment is just 1/2 a block from the Sonoma Plaza. Located on the second floor this spacious apartment offers a full kitchen with gourmet coffee, cooking supplies and seating for four. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. There is ample parking in the rear of the building. There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment downstairs that can be rented separately for those traveling together.

A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Victorian Garden Apartment - Petaluma’s West Side

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

Robin's Nest

Our home is a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45-minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The apartment is above our 2-car garage. It's a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, and close to Sonoma County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

the Otter studio - a peaceful standalone studio in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. the Otter studio is less than one mile from Downtown Napa but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide a tranquil retreat while retaining every thoughtful amenity. Enjoy our cozy living space. We are legally permitted to rent to Napa Valley visitors. Ask about our other Napa listings if the dates here are booked.

Above and On Broadway - MaryJean’s Place

This is a 2nd floor flat above an office space. There is a full flight of stairs through a private entrance up into the home. Because of the stairs and older low windows, it is not recommended for children. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza. There is a bike shop a couple of blocks away that also rents bikes. There are restaurants, brew pubs, spas and wine tasting rooms all within several blocks.

Clean, comfortable, space on this Farmhouse property dating back to 1880. Enter exact number of guests for correct pricing $60 per person after 2. Studio with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, sauté pan, toaster, coffee and tea, dinette, tv area and IKEA queen sofa/sleeper. Beautiful patio with fire pit, several nice seating areas. Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
