Cozy, quiet studio cottage nestled on 1/3 acre of trees and surrounded by seasonal creeks. Indoor gas fireplace and full kitchen & large spacious deck. In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

Forest Cozy Home

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

FAWNS CREEK IN WINE COUNTRY is a tranquil & private hideaway. The modern farmhouse decor is intended to help you relax and unwind the moment you step inside. (No pets & No children please 😉) Songbirds will be your alarm clock in the morning. Hummingbirds, squirrels & deer will visit you all day. Owls, crickets & frogs will sing you a lullaby. Toss some sausages on the gas grill & dine al fresco. Click on the gas fire table & wrap up in a blanket under the stars.

The Perch - Outdoor Clawfoot Tub

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
