Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

No Cleaning Fee * The Charm House * Cozy Studio

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

This ground level ADA friendly (wheel chair accessible) studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. This is a darling two bedroom one bath that has been renovated top to bottom. There is one king bed, one queen, and a comfortable sofa pullout. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.
