Just a 10 minute walk to Kings Beach, restaurants and shops, it's the perfect home base for hiking, skiing, paddling the lake, and relaxing in the private hot tub. Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Lakeside Pine Haven

Six years ago Megan and I spent our anniversary in Carnelian Bay. We came for a long weekend, sat out under the pines, and decided before we left that we wanted a place here. Pine Haven is that place, and we share it hoping it becomes part of someone else's story too. The lake is a two minute walk. There's a private hot tub in the fenced backyard, surrounded by pines, and paddleboards you're welcome to take down to the water. Central air for August, a fireplace for February.
