Bed/Bath/Living Room near Nob Hill, airport, & UNM

FRONT HALF of house (private) separated by locked door with bedroom, living room, and private bath. Large workspace with extra monitor, desk chair, keyboard. High speed internet and air conditioning. Less than a mile walk from Route 66, near to UNM and the hospital. Albuquerque Airport is 1.8 miles away. I am available for recommendations and anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. The Cozy Corrales Casita

This Corrales casita is minutes to town but set back in the quiet, small farm community of Corrales. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish space. The casita is themed with New Mexican charm and modern highlights. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.

North Valley Artist's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique spot located in the picturesque North Valley. This rustic home is near walking trails, restaurants, cafes and bakeries and a short drive to all Albuquerque has to offer. The home's open floor plan, clay and wood walls and handmade touches are one of a kind. Stay home by the pond or hop on the train to Santa Fe. However you choose to spend your time, it will be a delight!
