Guests consistently remark on attentiveness of hosts, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches. Close enough to everything when you're ready for it, OZ Trails Bike Park is 14 mins by car and accessible via bike. Downtown Bentonville is only 20 mins. away. Crystal Bridges, lakes, and hiking are all within reach.

Come stay in a spectacular space with access to your very own private basketball court and shared access to an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Your cozy bedroom is outfitted with a tv, work desk, and a queen size bed. Enjoy a nicely stocked kitchenette, (hotel style) and full bathroom with shower. There are two twin floor mattresses available for the gym floor right around the corner from the bedroom. No living room included. Parties or unauthorized guests will result in cancelation/ no refund.
