Two Comfy Private Rms - True B&B near Zion

You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath. 1 The Cowboy room (12X22ft), has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room (12X16ft), has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. There's also a 1/2 bath off the entry too if needed. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

You can see stars at night. Great weather. Safe neighborhood, clean & comfy beds. Great for couples, families with kids, business travelers, and big groups.

It is an UPSTAIRS room with a view facing east, and attached private bathroom including deep soaker bathtub (plus shower). It also has a large closet, seating area and SUPER comfy queen sized bed. Our multiple guest sets SHARE access to main floor kitchen, pool table (TV and pool table hours 10am-10pm), half bathroom.
