A beautiful Victorian-style home built in 1915 and completely renovated in 2018. Located two blocks from the St. Augustine historic district with its bars, world-renown restaurants and shopping. 4 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen. The front porch, complete with rocking chairs, is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. The location is terrific, and the house has all the amenities and toiletries you need. Pet fee is $40 per dog per stay (max of 2 dogs).

Located in North Davis Shores, Alcazar House is a short walk to the Historic District and all the many attractions of Downtown including the Fort, St George Street and many of the wedding venues just to name a few. It is less than 2 miles to Anastasia Park and the beach. It is also close to the Amphitheater, Lighthouse, Alligator Farm and many restaurants and shops. The kitchen is set up so that coffee can be easily accessed even if someone is cooking or using the sink. It’s stocked with beautiful bar glasses and bar ware. You’ll LOVE it !
