This traditional 1899 Victorian has all of the modern thrills of the 21st century. We offer free on-site private parking to all guests. Our Inn boasts nine private bedrooms, each equipped with their own private bathroom. We are centrally located in the heart of downtown Saint Augustine. Each guest will receive a complementary gourmet breakfast each morning at 9am. We encourage our guests to relax in our porches and parlor and enjoy the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies each afternoon.

The views are stunning--with the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. <br>

King&3 bunks-Priv Bath, low cleaning fee

Best location ever! See our reviews. We are a family friendly budget hotel with 6 non smoking themed rooms which are all upstairs (no elevator in our old building). There are NO TV's in the rooms, however we have a lounge with streaming TV and a DVD player, and loads of pirate toys and games. We are NOT pet friendly, we suggest Pet Paradise for your boarding needs. As a family B&B we cannot accept Bachelor/ette parties.
