This 900 sq. ft. Casita is nestled in the foothills of the Tortolita Mts. NW of Tucson, near the main house but with its own amenities, including solar panels on the roof, tasty well water from >1,000 ft. depth, speedy reliable wi-fi and internet-enabled large-screen TV. The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. We love it and think you will too.

We are in Gila, NM! This is high desert, 83 ranch acres on Bear Creek, beside the Gila Wilderness, a private guesthouse w/private hot tub, amazing wildlife, beautiful views, dark night skies, reasonably fast Wifi (20+mbps), Internet TV, Tempurpedic Queen + Queen with Tempurpedic top, ORGANIC breakfast fixin's to start you off in a well appointed kitchen. Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.

Tam Cottage at 29P

The year was 1946 and somebody in Twentynine Palms had the right idea--to build an adorable Spanish bungalow that simply oozed "romantic getaway to the desert," a place to take in the fresh air, the stillness at night and the stars. "Tam" as she is affectionately known, along with her partner "Josh" [almost identical twin next door] is an updated version of that bungalow built so long ago. Modern in amenities but pioneer in spirit, she's just waiting for some special guests.
