A Cozy, Quiet Getaway

Relax in this one bedroom condo nestled in a natural wooded setting on the Nemacolin Resort property This condo features one bedroom with queen size bed, a large newly remodeled bathroom “ensuite”, a family room with a pull out sleeper sofa, tv and an electric fireplace. The eating area sits four people comfortably and the kitchenette features a refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer also included along with free WIFI. Step out onto the woodsy back deck and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

132 Wickhaven-Deer Path Lane Guesthouse

If you enjoy privacy and pretty scenery this is the place for you. Enjoy nature and the sounds of waterfalls from the elevated deck. This two bedroom house is all by itself with an updated kitchen. Just a short drive to Laurel Caverns, Falling Water and Ohiopyle. There is plenty of firewood on site for campfires. The long driveway is dirt and gravel and rough and you have to ford a small stream. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive but you do need a vehicle with clearance. Pickup or SUV recommended.

Turkeyfoot Wisteria Apartment

The Turkeyfoot Wisteria is a very convenient first floor apartment located on thel Confluence of the three rivers. The livingroom has two fold down sofas and a flat screen tv. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full kitchen and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Each apartment has a private outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful view. We are very conveniently located to everything in town including the bike trail, and great fishing at your fingertips.

Great cottage nestled in the mountains on 63 wooded acres with barn, spring house and main house. Cottage has fireplace with first ring of logs provided. Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.

Newly renovated home on a private wooded lot-just 5 mi from Seven Springs Resort and 16 mi from Falling Water and Ohiopyle. Well equipped! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3bdrm/1.5 bath)! Relax & Enjoy the Mountains! ***We have recently replaced a couch and chair and some bedding that photos don’t reflect. We are scheduling new photo shoot and plan a remodel on 2024! Trillium Acres Cottage

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

2 miles from 7 Springs-Borders State Park-Dogs OK!

Roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway situated on 3 acres abutting Laurel Hill State Park. Recently renovated with new flooring, paint, lighting and decor. Walk out the back door and walk directly into State Park. Perfect place to retreat for a long weekend or week in the mountains. Three minute drive from 7 Springs Resort, 15 minutes to Hidden Valley. Dogs welcome with pet fee!

You’ll love the place because of the ambiance of the house. The screened in porch is very relaxing after a day at the beach, on the lake or river or on the slopes.
