On the SW Coastal path, its around 15 minutes down and 20 minutes up (!) walk to Blackpool Sands beach. 10 minutes EASY drive to Dartmouth/supermarkets. Very occasionally available for memorable holidays, with the dog.

The cottage is set on the South West Coast Path of Devon, a 15-minute walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base to explore the South Hams area. Just opposite Trattoria Spaggia (used to be Kendrick’s) restaurant, within walking distance to the traditional village pub, with private parking and sea views it's the perfect holiday location. 3 Miles to Dartmouth (this is also a bus stop outside the property) There are many wonderful coastal walks to explore the area too!

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night.
