Our studio king sleeps 3 & is perfect for small families or a group of friends that prefer the simplicity of their stay. These rooms are all dressed with soft plush sheets on one king bed & futon sleeper situated in front of a coffee table to enjoy breakfast or play board games from the Social Den. Featuring either a shower/tub combo or a walk in shower to rinse off after your day at the beach or pool, mini fridge, handheld steamer upon request, & Samsung Smart TV. Enjoy the view from your deck.

Fully accessorized, large (1,255 sq ft) beautiful suburban space consisting of bedroom (queen), an exclusive-use living room/extra bedroom with twin pull-out bed, private full bath; in-unit washer/dryer; exclusive use of kitchen (was the main kitchen of the house); private entrance to space thru side door of the house. Two large-screen TVs. Unit on the ground floor of a 3 story home. Owners on property. Train station about a mile away (NYC: 70 minutes). Easy walk to Fairfield University.

Private Upstairs Chef’s Suite at Griswold Cottage

This is a Private suite with private bath. My place is close to the Village Green, it’s shops, restaurants, Chocolatier and bookstore. It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. You want to take a Picnic lunch with you? talk to me... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, bicyclists or hiking enthusiasts, anyone who just loves history!

Welcome "New" & Returning Guests; our 2025 rooms are NOW open! MTK is an EXTRAordinary place; why not stay somewhere Special? This property is one of the most private in Montauk. The house offers complete seclusion for those that desire it. The house was built (new) in 2006/2007. This room is the Guest Master on the 2nd floor; it IS our BEST Guest Room. P.S. We DO have "Hot Water"; Airbnb, however, is having difficulty disclosing this fact.

Peaceful Sag Harbor Geodesic Dome home

Convenient to all of the Hamptons, Sag Harbor has an amazing harbor, fabulous restaurants, cool mom-and-pop shops, and a quaint New England vibe. The most picturesque spot in the Hamptons, Sag Harbor is truly a gem. My house is a Buckminster Fuller-designed geodesic dome home. Sereno's Retreat

This room is named after the homestead's original owner, Sereno H. Scranton. Tucked away in the rear of the home, this a bright and sunny gem of a room with 4 big windows looking out on to the rear gardens. You also have the beautiful view of our giant Norway Spruce which is the tallest tree in Madison. This room offers a full sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. This guest room is not pet friendly.
