Chic Artist Loft Cottage

We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Enjoy the peaceful seclusion of this charming, updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located on a private, acre-sized flag-lot south of the highway right on the border of Water Mill and Bridgehampton. Each bedroom (1 king, 2 queen) features ample closet space and new smart TVs . The new, fully-stocked kitchen, propane BBQ, outdoor dining table for 8, outdoor shower and spa with lounge furniture, and wood burning fireplace make it the perfect getaway for either summer or the winter season. Pets OK.

Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home(4min walk/900ft)

Enjoy Fall Foliage, swimming, fishing, and some of the best Kayaking from this perfect setting. Minutes from the Guilford train station, restaurants, shopping, and historic town green. The property is just 15 minutes from New Haven, and the Yale campus. The Thimble Island cruise, and the Ct. river steam train/cruise are nearby as well.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Cozy Riverside Cottage

This is a private cottage on its own lot with its own driveway and yard located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Several grocery stores and restaurants for delivery/pick up in the area. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work/movie streaming! Please note guest maximum is 4. There are no additional guests or visitors allowed.

Quaint, romantic beach setting along the CT shoreline. Spectacular water front views and sunrises, 100 steps to the beach, fire pit in the yard. Enjoy swimming and other water activities along with many exceptional local restaurants nearby. Shore Line East train station 5 minutes away, 10 minutes car or train ride to New Haven. 2 hours from NYC and Boston.
