1937 adobe bungalow, located in the historic Palo Verde neighborhood, is minutes away from UofA, downtown, Banner Medical Center, Tucson Botanical Gardens and just blocks from The Arizona Inn. Thick adobe walls and double-pane windows make it a quiet retreat. Enjoy the covered patio, mature well-tended desert landscape--front and back--and a private outdoor shower. Combines contemporary convenience with vintage charm, including high-end appliances and a cabinet/desk/murphy bed combination.

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. Awesome views, amazing sunsets, great gas fireplace sitting area, large natural fire pit, and of course an amazing pool to sunbathe around and cool off!

We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Wheelchair accessible 16'x12' room w firm double bed, mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, pans, dinner ware, Keurig, blender, roll-in shower, ADA toilet, safety bar, ramped entrance, carport/patio parking & smoking outside.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!
