Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.
