Little Bear Cabin, Talkeetna Little Bear Homestead

Little Bear cabin is nestled along the Boreal forest w/Caswell creek flowing through the property. You will hear birds sing, wind blowing the leaves of the birch tree and watch fish in the creek from kayaks or on our private trails.Our cabins are a place to reconnect. Also a first choice area for outdoor activities! World class fly fishing, hunting, snow machining, dog sled tours, skiing,hiking,rafting and more! Kayaks are also included for guests to explore the creek here at Little Bear Home

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Talkeetna. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother (Nana). Perfect for all seasons, includes a full kitchen and one bathroom with tub, shower, washer and dryer. Downstairs room has a queen bed. Upstairs has a room with queen. Common space has a twin, pull out couch, and a pull out twin. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Just a 5 minute walk from the Talkeetna Lakes Park trailhead with miles of multi-use trails for your biking, hiking, and paddling adventures. Close to the Flying Squirrel Bakery, a half mile away, for pastries, & the paved bike path to take you to the fun and activities of downtown Talkeetna, 4 miles away.

Within a few minutes' drive of the Denali Brewing Company as well as many beautiful lakes and trails, our place is a beautiful and tranquil getaway in the woods. We offer ample space for groups or families with 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large, well-stocked kitchen. Out our dramatic south-facing windows is a dense old-growth birch forest with unobstructed views. The home is well-located but very private.

Homestead Cabin West

Secluded solar powered tiny house with King size bed, black out blinds, kitchen. deck, BBQ,hot and cold running water and a composting toilet. Wood stove, Wood provided. The cabin will be warm when you arrive. Stereo with bluetooth. Pets are welcome I have worked hard to create a place that I would want to stay in. I hope you enjoy it! Quiet, 1 bedroom, 2 bath hand crafted log home. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook/bake. Camp fire/Wood stove/firewood included. Gas stove/Oven. Stereo,TV,DVD free wifi. Nice in tune Piano. Happy to lend out all the toys we have -Skis,Snowshoes, Canoe,Kayak, Paddle boards and bikes. If interested in extended (2 weeks + ) winter stays please ask. Great X-country skiing
