Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. A King bed is provided in the master bedroom. Relax, Play, and Enjoy. Our home is located in the 5 * star community of Big Bass Lake. The town of Gouldsboro provides for a country setting, however it is very close to many of the Pocono's attractions.

1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
