Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Ridge top tiny house - mountain side views

Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable tiny house. Perched on the top of a ridge offers great views of the mountains. Modern contrasting interior with the charm only a tiny house can bring. The mountains from three different states (PA, MD, WV) can be seen from within the tiny house. Sitting on the edge of 275 acres of farmland means you will be sure to hear the turkeys gobble during the daytime or the whippoorwill at night. Relax and enjoy the scenery from the loft bed.

Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.
