( nur bei Buchung beider FeWo`s - siehe Sanosueno 1 ). Das Haus ist in einen Hang gebaut, daher ist das DG direkt über 6 Stufen vom Eingang zu erreichen. The ground-floor apartment offers a private terrace, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for two guests. The coach house includes three apartments (LAKE, MOUNTAIN, FOREST), which can be booked individually or in combination.

Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

It has a good connection with public transport at daytime (to Munich/Oktoberfest in 50 min). I am living in the second apartment of the house and can recomend you outdoor aktivities, near tourist attractions and day trips.
