The condo is nestled in Townsend. This area is known as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies". My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GSMNP, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

The Portlandia Suite is a large 1 bedroom private apartment with full kitchen and full living room, fold out couch and full bath.

River Rose is a newly owned and decorated condo which, in the past, has been the premier rental unit at Cades Cove Landing. It’s located on the ground level and at the far end of the building closest to the beautiful Little River (no stairs to climb). Just steps from the covered porches, pool, fire pit, grill, picnic tables and riverfront. Come and enjoy a visit at the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. You’ll be glad you did!

Seven Bears Camp

Inspired by the incredible views surrounding the property, this space was thoughtfully curated for a cozy escape. Get outside spending your day exploring the most visited National Park in the United States, but come back to rest in luxury at Seven Bears Camp! This is a pet free property, due to medical reasons. No pets are allowed and if any are brought in a fine of $500 will be issued. Please respect this rule and our space.
