Τα διαμερίσματα είναι καινούργια, πρώτα στη θάλασσα, φωτεινά, με μεγάλα μπαλκόνια όπου υπάρχει τραπεζαρία, δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και άνετο στρώμα, το δεύτερο δωμάτιο έχει κουζίνα, μεγάλο ψυγείο μεγάλη ντουλάπα τηλεόραση και άνετο καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι και θέα την θάλασσα και πολύ πράσινο. The flat is brand new, at the sea front, spacious, lot of sunlight, with big balcony and table set and chairs. It has a large double bedroom, and second double bedroom with kitchenette, TV, and sea view.

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.
