Tả Phìn Hồ là một bản vùng cao nằm ở xã Tân Thành, huyện Bắc Quang, Hà Giang. Nơi đây nổi tiếng với khí hậu mát mẻ quanh năm, rừng nguyên sinh xanh mướt và những đồi trà Shan Tuyết cổ thụ hàng trăm năm tuổi.
