Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. There is a seasonal heated swimming pool, BBQ area, fire pit and playground Nest Swing. Cottage has air conditioning, floor heating and a private verandah. Approx 40mins to Falls Creek, 35mins to Bright. Perfect getaway for any time of the year.

Relax and enjoy the magnificent views of Mt. Bogong from your own room and bbq patio area! Only 40 minutes drive to Falls Creek ski fields and high country this is the perfect place to base yourself for the ultimate getaway. There are many outdoor activities to do in the area including skiing in winter, horseback riding, bike riding, hiking, running, golf, fishing etc! Sit back and relax while watching the numerous native birds that frequent my bird bath each day, so enjoyable.
