Off Grid Converted Sugar Shack

This little rustic OFF GRID converted sugar shack is perfect for a quiet getaway. There are 2 solar panels that feed the lighting and water pump; limited, non-drinking water for the 2 sinks (summer only); and compostable toilet. There is no shower, no oven and no fridge. A cooler, an urn of drinking water and firewood are provided. The shack is on our 35 acre property, with our home 500ft down the lane. You will have access to our property to walk through the maple forest and wildflower meadow.

Capella Cabin at Barking Goat Farms

Stargazers will love this beautiful off grid cabin located in a private field at Barking Goat Farms. The cabin has a fantastic outdoor covered deck with bbq, sit up bar and outdoor firepit with fantastic views of the night sky. Located between Toronto & Ottawa we are the perfect location for nature lovers and yet close to local restaurants, wineries & breweries. Unplug, relax & recharge. Country Cabin

This 200 year old log homestead is on the same property as the owners home. Max of four guests, children under 16 (max 2) stay free, no pets, and delight in the comforts of 1 queen & 1 double bed, hot water, shower, internet. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top, air fryer. Surrounded by 600 acres of bush and fields with 100s of lakes easily within reach. Enjoy a wonderful bonfire at night. [loft staircase may not be suitable for young children & physically compromised people.]

Located in Eastern Ontario’s cottage country, our cabin is nestled on a small, peaceful lake 15 minutes west of Westport, Ontario. This space is ideal for 1-2 adults. This newly renovated cabin sits on a shared 3-acre property with our family’s lake house. This home-away-from-home has been in our family for 17 years + we’re thrilled to share a piece of our paradise with you.

The Woodland Escape
