Kerikeri Studio is fully self contained, newly constructed, modern, and looks north over farmland with sea views to the Cavalli Islands. It is located beside the Doc track to Taronui Lagoon. The Super king bed can be separated into 2 beds. Surrounded by mature gardens and birdsong. Full kitchen and covered outdoor BBQ cooking area. No cleaning fee. The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

If you are unable to make it upstairs there is a quality fold out couch you can use as a bed in the living area.

A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!
