Downstairs there is a comfy lounge with log burner and patio doors to a private patio area. A kitchen/diner with full-size cooker, microwave and fridge. Good size downstairs bathroom. Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

Treat yourself to a stylish getaway in our beautifully presented apartment, only a stone’s throw from Torquay’s famous bay and a wide array of bars and restaurants. The apartment comes with king-size bed, quality linen and deep pile towels. The high-spec kitchen is fully-equipped with built-in oven and microwave and has a dishwasher to take the load off your break. The living room features smart TV (Netflix included). The sofa converts to a good-sized double bed for second couple/children.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
