Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Appalachian Mountain Log Cabin (Private Retreat)

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum your guitar, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind for a few days at The Cabin on GoodSoil Farm.

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

The Hoot Camp in located in historic Granville, TN, situated just a mile from the town center and only two miles from Wildwood Resort and Marina. There are plenty of things to do during your stay, including antiquing, wine tasting, hiking and water sports. With large decks and a hot tub for relaxing, the Hoot Camp is ideal for rejuvenating your soul and enjoying sweeping views of the Cumberland River. Two restaurants, music and additional water activities nearby. Come and Enjoy!

Cozy living w/ a couch & smart TV ready for streaming services (no cable service) We're on 4.5+ acres about 8 minutes to MTSU, 15 minutes to St. Thomas & a couple farms away from Hop Springs Beer Park. We are in the country & only 5 miles to Walmart & restaurants. I24 is about 9 miles.

This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Hemlock Hideaway, Townsend, TN

This cozy charmer is only one mile to Townsend and 3 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains Park entrance. Finished in reclaimed barn wood, it features real hardwood floors, a large deck, and plenty of windows to get up close views of birds, meadows and distant mountains. A paved concrete path leads from the designated parking space. No stairs to climb and handicap accessible. Please note: this entire property is non-smoking.

This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
