“Honey Hive” The Piney-Woods

Welcome to “The Honey Hive”, a cozy barndominium studio in the Pineywoods of Kountze, Texas, just 50 yards from the main house. Whether for a family getaway or a romantic stay, relax while sitting on the spacious porch drinking your favorite beverage, or unwind in the hot tub, you can also enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the Pond or even paddle boat around it. Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

We are located in the historic Fairmount neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk from Magnolia. The space is a modern, newly built, above-garage studio apartment with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, dining area, patio, entertainment center, queen sized bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. It is full of amenities such as dedicated wifi gateway, access to live TV/streaming services, Leesa mattress, premium coffee, and much more! Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay!

A million-dollar view from a modern cabin nestled high above the trees over-looking Barton Creek. Located In a fabulously rural neighborhood it's only 12 miles to downtown Austin. The detached cabin is funky, sleek and super comfortable! It boasts a loft-bedroom with queen sized bed and a comfy queen sofa bed in the living room. Creek access is via a trail for the adventurous! This private and exclusive property is totally separate from the main house and is accessed by its own gate.

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
