This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The master has a king size bed and a full bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen size beds. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a large tv. Note: At times there will be an old classic car parked in the driveway.
