In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). Discover a folksy speakeasy behind the bookcase, soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or enjoy cards and cocktails in the heated and cooled vintage camper. The stock tank is open March–October as a cold plunge in cooler months and a refreshing pool in summer. Primary guest must be 25+ unless they have prior positive reviews. Approved events only.

Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!
