This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

Come stay in a relaxing and well furnished farmhouse located on 40 acres in the hills of Arcadia, OK. The property features over a mile of wooded walking trails, a three acre pond, family friendly farm animals including everyone's favorite, Kenny the Clydesdale, a scenic back porch and more. The property and farmhouse is family friendly and accommodates up to six guests.

The cottage has a small kitchen w/ a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, dishes, etc. A firepit and grill outside.
