If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

But with a well-appointed kitchen, hot restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a short stroll away, and super comfy digs you may find you don't want to wander very far.

Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
