The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Stationed on Main street, you are within walking distance of Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and Tourist Shops throughout Panguitch. Conveniently located, only 30 min to Bryce Canyon, 50 min to Brian Head Ski Resort, & 1 hr to Zions! With self check-in you can come and go anytime you please. There is free parking right outside the cottage. This cottage gives freedom to match any of your unique adventures!

The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!

Grandpa's Place at Bryce Canyon

Our apartment in Tropic, Utah is located behind our home at the base of Bryce Canyon. There is a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a den/kitchenette, and will accommodate 2–4 guests with a queen bed and two sofa beds. Amenities include internet, TV, coffee, a microwave/air fryer, and mini fridge.
