Primitive spot only. Bring YOUR Camping Supplies tent, Mattress or RV. Access to-Bathhouse that includes Hot Showers and Flushable Toilets. Stocked Catch and Release Fishing Lake. -Volleyball Court-Wooded Trail 46 acres of flat open fields surrounded by trees. Plenty of room to maneuver into place. Privacy trees surround the entire area. We call it the Crossroads because this was one of the first towns out here and has the small-town feel. The Atlantic Ocean is a 20-minute drive east on rt 50.

Safari Tent Gettysburg KOA

Experience glamping at Gettysburg KOA in this spacious Safari Tent, perfect for up to five guests. Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, with the top twin bunk best suited for children and not designed for adults. Enjoy added comforts like a table, microwave, and mini fridge during your stay. Spend evenings around your private fire pit, cooking and relaxing under the stars. Private pool (June-August) & Backyard (Sept- Dec) available for closed-invite gathering & events. 15 Guests /5 hrs plus 1hr to set up food & decorations! This is NOT an Overnight accommodation! No DJs or Live Bands *Additional guests are $20pp full payment & final headcount are due 2 week prior to event- no exceptions!! NO PETS allowed!! Drive into your private campsite immediately you will hear the sounds of a babbling creek, by giant rhododendrons under magnificent hemlocks and oaks--a truly natural and relaxing experience. Campers can enjoy a short hike to our private waterfall with a swimming hole. This site is surrounded by over 400 privately owned acres of natural forests with several miles of marked trails. The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

Camp site

This is our campsite that we would love to rent out to you! We are only 25 minutes from West Ocean City and 30 minutes from assatique island. The camp site is nestled in the back of our property where you will get to enjoy peace and quiet. We have room for campers and tents, If you would wish to bring a boat or any other trailer there is plenty of room for that also. We will supply 120 volt electric and a water hose for your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!

Nestled along Sherman’s Creek, our campsite sits on six wooded acres with 600 feet of creek frontage. Everything in the pictures is included in your stay! All you need to bring is food and your love of the outdoors! This site has a private shower and sink and composting toilet. Both the sink and shower are hooked up to a hot water heater, so no cold showers! The campsite is fully private. We live on the property so if there is ever any help needed, we are nearby!

A glamping site for small groups, families, or couples looking to get away. This campsite is home to a 10’x12' canvas tent and a smaller tent for extra sleeping space. Located right next to the creek! Minutes to the Appalachian Trail, Big Creek Winery, Beltzville Lake, Blue Mountain Ski & MTB Resort, Jim Thorpe, and more! Come for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or just to enjoy the Creekside spot! You are welcome to splash in the creek and cool off.

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. A short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking and scenic overlooks abound.
