The Ionic coast and the célèbre town of Gallipoli are just 10 minutes away by car, while in 30 minutes you will reach the Adriatic coast, home of Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca (also called finibus terrae i.e. end of the earth), Santa Cesarea Terme (with its wonderful SPA) and lots of other great locations. The Venturi family offers you the possibility to stay in an 50 sqm apartment built with typical local stones (pietra leccese) and dome ceilings, recently renovated and with air conditioning made up with living room, a little kitchen with every confort, chimney, double bedroom, bathroom with bidet and a studio couch bed if you would like to stay in 4. We provide sheets and towels. The apartment is located inside the Ducal Palace of Tuglie, which was built in the XVIII century and is now divided in two parts, both owned by the Venturi family: - the residential one, where the apartments are; - the ancient servants’ wing, which in 1982 became Museum of the Salento rural culture (http://www.tuglie.com/museo.asp) The Venturi family will be happy to provide you with valuable hints in order to enjoy at best the experience of Salento. Dimore del Cisto è una struttura immersa tra ulivi e macchia mediterranea, la struttura è formata da 2 unità per un totale di 8 posti letto, suddivise in 2 trulli adibiti a camere da letto. A servizio dei quali si trova spazio coperto, aria condizionata, bagno grande in comune per le due camere, cucina abitabile e lavanderia. La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.
