Located just blocks from breweries, trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Enjoy panoramic river and skyline views from the Smith Avenue Bridge across the street. NOTE: The entrance is in our backyard and is on the basement level of our home. You will need to go down a set of 7 fairly narrow, steep steps.
