Farmstead Cottage in Hudson Valley

This cozy cottage along with two barns was once part of a a working farm. Hand-hewn original oak post and beam construction is exposed; it gives the cottage and its cathedral ceilings, a light drenched airy ambience. Equipped with a full kitchen, one gets the country rustic atmosphere without forfeiting modern conveniences. The reclaimed wood siding in the bedroom catches the early morning light reflections of the sunrise. Hand-crafted details abound, the cabinetry, hand-made glass, and photography add accents to the decor. The bucolic surroundings are a great place for respite. One can relax in our perennial gardens or sit in the shade of the one hundred year old wooden barn amongst the hummingbirds and barn swallows. At night sit on our deck and enjoy a starry night or moon shadows without street-lighting to impede the night sky. Located in Stone Ridge, we are only minutes away from the historic village center which is convenient for restaurants, groceries, wine, and farm fresh products. At the same time, we are located on a quiet country road. Our landscape is peppered with horse farms, corn fields and even an alpaca farm! Did you know that the New York Senate resided in Stone Ridge back in the early days for a short bout after the burning of Kingston? Nestled between the breathtaking views of the Shawangunk Ridge and the Catskill Mountains; numerous hiking, biking, world- renowned rock climbing, horse riding, fly-fishing and kayaking possibilities abound. Farm to table, antiques, local produce and fruit picking are amongst only a few other great activities. Winter sports include ice climbing, cross country and downhill skiing. Parking and Wifi are included. A stocked kitchen, a ceiling fan, wireless bluetooth speakers, and hairdryer are additional amenities. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal barbeque, a bistro table and chairs, and fresh herbs to pick when in season! We are registered in Ulster County as a vacation rental and a 2% County Occupancy Tax is included in the price.

Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Modern Catskills Cabin with Hot Tub, Accord

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee. This charming Aframe is tucked into the Catskill mountains, with spectacular seasonal views of the Rondout Reservoir. This house is cozy with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway nature-lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many hiking trails and waterfalls just a short drive away. A sanctuary for goats, animal lovers can visit with over 30 rescues during their stay. Art materials and yoga mats are provided to round out a perfect escape for you to unwind, rest, relax and heal.

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Perched on top of Ohayo Mountain we are just 5 minutes drive from the heart of Woodstock Village. The views are as good from the living room as they are from the king bed in the primary bedroom. With multiple outdoor seating areas and a firepit you can make yourself at home both inside and out!
