This listing is not suitable for children or infants. No smoking or vaping.

The Carriage House: Garden Apartment

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

Your Hudson Valley haven in historic New Paltz: Relax & unwind in a spacious, newly-renovated 1-bedroom apartment with a sunny living room/kitchenette nestled in a quiet neighborhood not far from Main Street restaurants & shopping. You'll have the 2nd floor of a 2-story house, bordered by majestic trees, all to yourself, including a private entrance. Excellent biking and hiking trails are within steps of the house; more hiking, swimming, and rock climbing are a short drive away.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.

Mid-century home with private entrance guest suite on 5 acres. Queen bed, full kitchen, modern amenities, luxury dishware, flatware and quality linens. I keep the suite super clean and uncluttered just for Airbnb guests! Decorated with vintage and modern furnishings contribute to a peaceful retreat. 5 min drive to Kingston, 15 min to Woodstock and Saugerties.

Chill Vibes

Spend the night in our one bedroom hideaway.  The private suite is tucked away on one end of our brick cottage on one of Kingston's prettiest streets. There is NO kitchen in the space, but a mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine. But there are plenty of amazing local food spots for take out / picnics / outdoor seating / indoor seating !
